The following situations are generally not eligible for refunds:
- Consumed Credits: Credits that have already been used to generate videos cannot be refunded, as computational resources have been consumed
- Dissatisfaction with AI Output: Due to the nature of AI generation, results may vary; we cannot guarantee specific artistic outcomes
- Change of Mind: After credits have been purchased and delivered to your account
- Policy Violations: Accounts terminated due to violation of our Terms of Service or Child Safety Policy
