This refund policy outlines when and how you can request a refund for credits purchased on our platform.

Response Time

We respond to all refund requests within 3 business days.

Eligible Refunds

You may be eligible for a refund in the following situations:

Technical Issues

  • Failed Delivery: If our system failed to deliver a video due to a technical error on our end
  • System Errors: Repeated system failures that prevented you from using purchased credits
  • Service Unavailability: Service outages or service discontinuation that prevented you from using purchased credits

Billing Issues

  • Duplicate Charges: You were charged more than once for the same purchase
  • Incorrect Amount: You were charged an amount different from the displayed price
  • Unauthorized Charges: A charge was made without your authorization

Non-Refundable Situations

The following situations are generally not eligible for refunds:

  • Consumed Credits: Credits already used to generate videos cannot be refunded, as computational resources have been consumed
  • Change of Mind: After credits have been purchased and delivered to your account
  • Policy Violations: Accounts terminated due to violation of our Terms of Service

How to Request a Refund

  3. Order/transaction ID (if available)
  4. Reason for refund request
  5. Any relevant screenshots or error messages

Processing Time

Once your refund is approved:

  • Credit Card/Debit Card: 5-10 business days to appear on your statement
  • The refund will be processed by Creem (our payment processor) and may appear as "CREEM.IO*" on your statement

Partial Refunds

In some cases, we may offer partial refunds:

  • If you have used some but not all of your purchased credits
  • If only part of your order was affected by a technical issue
